What’s a Mantra? (And how do I choose one?)
A mantra is a word, sound, or phrase that is repeated over and over again to aid in your concentration while meditating or living out your life.
You don’t have to be a huge Yoga buff, or meditate in front of candles everyday, but repeating simple positive words and sayings over and over can give you the inner motivation you are looking for. Nothing but positive intentions will come out of using mantras.
I stumbled across these cute little “Mantra Band” bracelets a few years ago and when I’m feeling down or need some motivation, I pick out my favorite bracelets and wear them on my wrist. My favorite one is “Follow Your Bliss”…which so happens to be the reason behind this blog!! My hubby found this one for Mother’s day for me this year, and it’s perfect. The exact reason I write this blog! I want others to follow their BLISS as well!
Whether you are searching for positivity, health, happiness, self love, or if you simply want to find balance, choosing a mantra can put your on the right path to achieving those goals. Listen to that inner voice, repeating the positive mantras to you over and over:
“you can do it”
“love is all around you”
“go for it”
Your thoughts help create who you become. Being positive not only affects your everyday mood but also what you can accomplish and create in your life.

What you imagine, you create.”
